I don't know anyone else who will believe that it would be possible to increase height. I don't need any explanation for that because I myself experienced it. I grew 2 inches in two months! and I am still growing. My uncle met me this year and remarked that I had grown. My strength has increased. Oh yeah and I am damn serious, I experienced in my workout.
